A) Purpose: Twitch serves as a medium to deliver entertainment from a streamer to people. Twitch is more specifically for games but it has some leniency to other content such as creative streams (i.e. art streams). It has several channels for specific games that are currently being watched and each of the views are accounted for even when in separate streams. The main target audience are people above the ages of 17 due to most streamers trying to try and keep the chat a mature area. Each streamer has their own niche which means Twitch itself caters to a mass audience.
B) Visitor Needs: Twitch is a entertainment platform for people to watch streamers on. The reason for people to visit Twitch is the objective of getting entertained or to entertain others. They can do so by selecting a game that is currently being streamed at the time and watch a streamer that is playing that game. Otherwise, they can just go to the channels they already follow. To do that, people are able to make accounts which then allow them to use several features at their disposal.
C) Information Flow/User Experience: The navigation around Twitch is quite simple in that a user is only required to click a few elements before arriving at a channel that provides the kind of entertainment they are looking for. Twitch is not exactly an interactive website apart from being able to interact with the streamer through the chat and being able to join in on what the streamer may be doing.
D) Features: Twitch has several features, which include being able to stream and being able to choose from a series of games that are currently being streamed, both of which you can do with a single account. Having an account means you have access to a followers and following list, a dashboard in which to monitor the user's stream and chat, a simple user homepage in which the user can add information about themselves and their general reason for being on Twitch.
E) Benefits: Twitch is purely an Internet based service (Apart from Twitchcon [Convention]), which is a platform for streamers to stream content to their followers. Twitch gains money through advertisement that is on every channel (Unless the channel is advertisement free) which means the more people that stream and watch on Twitch, the more profit they gain. The twitch player for any streamer can be embedded on any website provided that they permission. Twitch provides a partnership program for streamers who are planning to make money off the streaming business and allow the feature of people subscribing for certain features. Not only do the streamers gain money off that traffic but Twitch also gains a cut of that money.
F) Content: Twitch content has always been delivered by streamers which means games that are currently new will most likely be the most streamed until they return to the games they normally play or until new games come out again. Until Twitch was bought by Amazon, they generally ran more ads on streamers channels. Twitch over time has also had several changes in their stream qualities because they have had different servers set across the world placed to help alleviate the problem of sending streams through smaller servers.
